Imagined Labs LLC ("us," "we", "our") want you to know how we collect, use, and disclose information from you in connection to any of our projects and services, including but not limited to OES NFT ownership. To conduct transactions or make purchases, you may need to provide us or our third-party payment processors with your payment information. We may ask you to connect your digital wallet via your public wallet address; however, we will not ask you to for/collect your private key(s). Payment card information entered is not stored but we may receive from third-party payment processing providers information associated with your payment card details.
In terms of OES (NFT),we do not control the blockchain protocol on which the OES and or other fungible/non-fungible tokens are used or traded, and we cannot control activity and data on any such protocol, the validation of transactions on the protocol, or use of said protocol.

We only collect minimal information that includes, but may not be limited to:
Your Contact Details
This allows us to directly identify and or contact you and may include your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, username, passwords, and gender. In addition, your electronic wallet address may be collected and shared, if necessary.
Website Data
When you use our website, we may collect duration and time of the session, pages visited, transaction details, and technical info e.g., MAC address etc.
Customer Care Information
This means information shared when you contact us enquiring about our website and or NFT service. In addition, your support requests and the details required to resolve them. You understand and agree that we may make a record of any issue(s).
Use/Disclosure
We may use information that we collect from you to provide our service(s) and associated features to you. You’ll agree these are necessary:

Please note, even if you cancel your account or ask us to delete your personal information, some information from your account may remain viewable if you have shared information with social media or other services.
If we are involved in an acquisition, merger, reorganisation, receivership, bankruptcy, or purchase/sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by these terms and by law.
We may also backup your information on secure servers to comply with applicable law or internal security policies. It may not always be possible to completely delete all your information due to legal, technical, or contractual constraints.

If you wish to do so, please include your email address, name, address, and telephone number and specify clearly what information you would like to delete, access or update and we will try to comply with your request as soon as we can, pursuant to our obligations.
